Although the seminars are open to everyone, for each seminar advisory explanations are provided as to “Who Should Attend?” However, some seminars “definitely” require some base level knowledge, and those who do not possess such background are discouraged from participating.

What are included in the Training Seminars: Registration fee, training materials, lunch (if specified ) , coffee and snacks in the morning and afternoon, and Certificate of Participation are included. The prices do not include accommodation and 18 % VAT.

How Can I Register? You can make your request to register by filling in the registration form on the internet or sending an email. If we do not contact you in 24 hours for confirmation, that might indicate a communication failure, in that case please immediately call us at  0212 322 0444 / 0850 302 0 433.

Discounts: 10 % discount is applied for 2 or more participants from the same company. However these discounts are not valid for bundle prices.

In-House Training : You can request all our trainings in Turkish and English languages ​​for your institution. In-house trainings are economical, but also provide time flexibility. For detailed information, please click or send an e-mail to for your requests.

Invoicing: Your invoices shall be issued and sent to you by courier electronically within 7 work days after the seminar. If you need the invoice earlier, please let us know.

How can I pay? All payments are made with bank transfer. Credit card payments are also avaliable for personal payments. The invoice is issued to the company/person who made the payment. Please let us know if the situation is different.

Where are the seminars given? Our seminars are held in Swissotel The Bosphorus or in places determined by our institution, where our participants can be comfortable (transportation, comfort, food, parking, etc.) according to the characteristics of the trainings.

Terms of Cancellation: In case of cancellations, if you inform us 10 days prior to the date of training, the payment will be refunded immediately within 1 working day. If there is less than 10 days, participants are obligated to pay full price of training.

Under the condition that we are informed 10 days prior,participant, date and type of training can be changed without further requirements.

In the in-house training, the contract is confirmed by the documents replacing the contract (e-mail, fax) and / or in case of cancellation of the programs formed with the invoice, the institution is obliged to pay the entire training fee.

The company retains the right to postpone or cancel the training, or to merge it with the subsequent training if there is no sufficient number of participants or for other reasons. In such case, full refund will be done on request of the participant, without further requirements.

In case of canceling an event in an unusual situation, the İFE will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the participants. For this reason, IFE recommends that participants who come from outside the city / country buy completely refundable flight tickets and accommodation.
